Heavy equipment repair services
At Ruashi Mining, our team has successfully completed a range of comprehensive heavy equipment and light vehicle repair services, including: - Replacement of an old engine with a new one on a TATA Bus, along with the provision of suspension spare parts. - Reconditioning of the CAT's cylinder head and seat valves. - Repair and replacement of disc friction, seal o-ring, piston joint, piston a glace, and seal d-rings on heavy equipment. - Completion of all workshop tasks on ENGINE 6068HDW74, encompassing the replacement, repair, and adjustment of the engine block and cylinder head, as well as conducting the injection pump test, injector testing, and crankshaft inspection. - Repair and replacement of vehicle windscreens through auto glass fitting. - Restoration of the expendable trellis (sheet) and associated painting. - Restoration of all front and rear axles of a CAT loader 950 GC. - Overhaul and refurbishment of all Bell loader engines, inclusive of the provision of spare parts such as slides, rings, gaskets, cylinder heads, and bearings.
Windhoop Chromadek installation at KCC Mine
Boss K Inc. has manufactured high-quality Windhoop Sheets Chromadeck for the Kamoto Copper Company (KTC Project) and successfully delivered them on-site. Following the delivery, the team at Boss K Inc. diligently installed the windhoop sheets on top of the conveyor belt to provide protection from inclement weather conditions.
